At Club Direct, we try to make things as easy and as flexible as possible for you. We recognise that some people might have to work abroad, even if they had not originally planned to do so whilst travelling. Therefore, with our Backpacker Travel Insurance policies, light general work is covered as standard.
Sports and activities
In addition to the sports and activities covered as standard, you can add an Activity Pack to your policy, this covers you for those real adrenalin junkie type activities, such as White Water Rafting, Bungee Jumping and more - all at no extra cost, giving you the freedom to try them on impulse, safe in the knowledge you already have insurance cover!

Guidance Guru
- As soon as you book your single trip travel insurance your cancellation cover will begin; therefore, if possible, it is best to purchase your travel insurance policy as soon as you can after you have booked your holiday.
- Please note that if you return home to the UK within the planned trip period, cover will be suspended until you resume your trip - see policy wording for full details.
- If you purchase a couple policy it is likely to be cheaper than buying 2 individuals and you do not necessarily always have to travel together; each person is covered independently for their own trips as well.
- Beware of booking your travel insurance through travel agents as they are often very expensive and do not always give adequate cover levels.
